Terms & Conditions

-Any and all commissions created by me are for personal use only.
-USE OF MY ART FOR NFTS / AI / ETC IS STRICLY PROHIBITED ! I do not allow this!
-If you intend to use your finished commission for commercial usage, a 200% surcharge will be applied.
-I reserve the rights to use the works as part of my portfolio and/or post it to my social media accounts, unless you ask otherwise.
-I ask that you provide at least 3 references, preferably images although written is OK too
-I will only work in my style, please do not ask me to emulate another artist/style
-Your commission may take some time as I will complete commissions in order of acceptance, and will usually take 2-8 weeks once started, dependant on commisssion type.
- If you want your commission to be expedited, this will incur additional charges which we can discuss. Also feel free to ask for commission updates or queue status at any time
-I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, though its usually because i am not comfortable or feel that it is outside of my abilities.
-Non-refundable once started, except in the event of unforeseen circumstance where I am unable to fulfil your commission and will refund you.upon commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions
